A couple of weeks ago, b.cycle opened to the public and now gives us another stylish reason to stay in shape. The new fitness centre is a state of the art facility that offers Quebec’s only performance tracking spin classes. b.cycle’s courses are specifically tailored with music and special lighting to create fun and challenging workouts.
Complimenting the spin classes, b.cycle also offers barre classes to enthusiasts who wish to strength their core, their body’s balance and ensure complete fitness.
B.cycle exists in an exquisitely designed space and is completely hassle free. Located right downtown, getting in a quick, morning, lunchtime or after-work spin class is easy. Members sign up easily online and can book classes from any computer or mobile device. Members provided everything from shoes to digital locks for their lockers and towels. All you have to do is show up with your water bottle and be dressed to sweat.
Capping off a great workout at b.cycle is easy. They have an in house Rejuice bar in the lobby where you can grab one of several organic, cold pressed juices.
b.cycle’s grand opening gathered people for a night of cocktails, wine and delicious canapés while DJ Abeille kept the beat moving (as she always does!)
