5e Quai

Anchored at the edge of the Old Port is Montreal’s latest and sure to be coveted address, 5e Quai. The project was inaugurated last week during a celebrity attended cocktail ceremony, hosted by Viriginie Coossa (pictured below). Day Jobs and the Nightlife was there to get all the details and some great shots from the party.

5e Quai 65e Quai 12 (Hihi)Conceived by Sid Lee Architecture, the team behind Montreal’s famous floating spa, Bota Bota, 5e Quai will redefine what it means to live in the lap of luxury. To be built at the entrance to Montreal’s marina and yacht club with a fabulous view of the St. Lawerence River, the 9-story building will be home to only 87 high-end condominiums and 19 two-story townhouses. All the homes found at 5e Quai will be designed to maximize natural light and each home will feature a balcony or a terrasse with a waterfront view.

5e Quai 7 (Hostess Virginie Coossa)5e Quai will also feature an outdoor pool which will be open year round, large terrasses from catching some rays or a breath of fresh air, a full gym and an elegant inner courtyard. Claude Cormier, the man behind Montreal’s new urban beach, dreamed up these fantastic verdant spaces.

5e Quai 13The luxury condos and townhouses will provide those seeking peace and quiet with a tranquil atmosphere but are still only minutes away from Old Montreal where our city’s heart beats strong with some of our best restaurants and attractions.

5e Quai will be a private paradise to the lucky owners who will snatch them up.

Here’s a preview of 5e Quai…
