Sarah Jessica Parker is at it again. While the Internet went crazy yesterday with the cast of Will & Grace reuniting for a special scene supporting American Presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton, a little piece of Sex and the City news went almost unnoticed.
Yesterday Entertainment Weekly reported via EW.com that Sarah Jessica Parker has once again baited fans with the possibility of seeing Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte grace our movie or TV screens yet again. While speaking the Press Association, Parker remained optimistically coy about the possibility of more SATC. “I think that remains and open question and discussion that will continue until it’s been resolved.”
Parker also revealed that her 3 partners in crime could happily return to their iconic roles. “I don’t think any of us have said no,” the actress said before revealing that things were looking optimistic, at least for the moment. EW.com also reported that it still hasn’t be decided if the return would be a revival series or another movie. It seems that whenever any of these actors are interviewed, a Sex and the City question is inevitable and we take the bait every time.
Sex and the City ran for six seasons from 1998 to 2004 before jumping to the big screen in 2008 and again in 2010. Though critics were not as kind to the movie as they were the series, fans still came out in droves to see the girls once more and its clear that they would do it all over again.
