From 3pm on December 31st, families from across the city will gather in Lachine’s new Marina d’escale park to being their New Year’s Eve celebration. Featuring a giant side, an explosive light show, hula hoop, face painting and plenty more activities for kids of all ages.
At 8pm we pick up the pace with music performances by Cherry Chérie, Guy Bélanger, Kim Richardson, Les Éclusiers and many more. DJ Losier will keep the crowd moving well into the early morning hours but not before we celebrate the New Year at midnight with bubbly and a fire works show that promises to an exciting show.
Hosted by Chantal Lacroix, the site will also feature a heated inflatable igloo were we go get warmed up, an outdoor bar that will be serving up warm drinks and some of the best street food in the city. The night will kick off Montreal’s 375th anniversary celebrations!
