Last week we were among the lucky oenophiles and champagne lovers invited to the launch of Canada’s first ever Dom Pérignon bar. Exclusive to the elegant Ritz-Carlton Montreal and located in the glamorous Palm Court of the famous hotel, the new bar will be a destination for special occasions of all kinds. The exciting night kicked off with chilled glasses of Dom Pérignon and canapés to keep the momentum going. The VIP guests mingled around the sleek, custom designed black bar while serenaded by live music. The champagne menu features both Rosé & Brut Dom Pérignon available by the glass and bottle; the full service bar also features an exclusive cocktail menu, and offers a variety of spirits and drinks.“We are excited to launch the first Dom Pérignon bar in Canada in partnership with the Ritz-Carlton Montreal,” says Stephane de Meurville, the General Manager of Moët-Hennessy Canada. “It is a place that embodies the true Dom Pérignon values of excellence, elegance and expertise.” Ritz-Carlton Montreal’s Dom Pérignon Champagne Bar is open evenings Thursday-Saturday, from 5.00pm to 11.00pm.
