Wednesday:

osm3-1024x682Kent Nagano and the OSM will perform Bizet’s Carmen at the Olympic Stadium on August 5. Wildly popular and widely known as one of the most important operas of all time, the show will be preluded with a tribute to the 70th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. Admission is free and travel by metro is encouraged. Starts at 7:00pm; 4141 Pierre de Coubertin.

Thursday:

Picnik Electronik and IleSoniq au Jardins Gamelin: Electronic music fans will gather at Jardins Gamelin for a third night of EDM fun with sets by Ryan Underground, the One Trash, Prince Club and a surprise guest. The event kicks off at 5pm and goes to 11. Admission is free! 1500 Berri

Friday:

This Friday Montreal’s Food Trucks will gather at the Sun Life esplanade at the Olympic Stadium. With a variety of fantastic food from trucks inspired by cultures around the world, First Fridays have become a must-attend event! The event is free but bring lots of cash, come prepared for all the ridiculous weather we may have but most of all bring your appetite! Starts at 4pm; 4141 Pierre De Coubertin (metro Pie IX)

Saturday:

Montreal Pride and the Impact have teamed up to bring us Pride Match, a special match that encourages fans of every colour of the rainbow to get out and celebrate our love for soccer as well as our reputation as a city that celebrates diversity and equality. The game starts at 8pm at Saputo Stadium and tickets can be purchased here! Go Impact Go!
