From the 16th to the 19th of September, Montreal will be getting culinarily creative at Omnivore. This highly anticipated international food festival is presented in collaboration with the Société des Arts et Technologies (SAT) and will feature four days packed with activities and will feature both local chefs and guest chefs from around the world.
For the 5th edition of Omnivore, we will explore an expanded universe of culinary savvy from two distinct stages. From the Grand Scène, chefs such as Leigh Roper (Foxy, Montreal), Guillaume Foucault (Pertica, France), Daniel Burns (Luksus, New York) and many more will present their culinary demonstrations. The Scène Sourceurs will feature the men and women who cultivate the earth and ensure sustainable, responsible and renewal agriculture. These people, the artisans, the farmers and the producers, are the at the root of our culinary culture.
Other activities during the 4-day festival include the popular Omnivorious Party happening at 7:30 on Saturday night. Presented by Badoit,15 chefs will be on hand to present over 6000 tasty canapés to hungry guests and the event will feature a selection of organic wines.
