Jazz Fest lovers, the line-up has been announced!
In a couple of short months music lovers from around the globe will descend upon Montreal for the 35th edition of Montreal’s International Jazz Festival. Keep reading below.
For years the Jazz Festival has been pushing the boundaries of what defines jazz and this years line-up will be no different. Industry names like Diana Ross, Rufus Wainwright, Michael Bublé, Tony Bennett, B.B. King, Earth, Wind and Fire and Aretha Franklin (we’ll believe it when we see it this time, missy!) are all headlining this year’s two week long festival.
There no doubt that names such as Coeur de Pirate, Trixie Whitley, Bobby McFerrin, Dianne Reeves, Of Montreal, Barenaked Ladies, Freddy Cole, Jill Barber, Violent Femmes, Pink Martini and Emmylou Harris will also draw big crowds.
