“Exploring Montreal’s most established institutions” is his tagline but this highly addictive and completely hilarious Instagram account reviews anything but. He spends his days reviewing fast food and grocery store items the same way bloggers gush over foie gras. Ironic and on point, this is one of the smartest Montreal based Instagram accounts.

Giving us a death defying view of our city, edauwd takes Instagram to the next level with intense views and rich, beautiful photography. You’ll wonder how the hell he got access to some of the places he’s been in the city and that’s ok because the results are spectacular.

Patricia Brochu is one of the best photographers in Montreal (you’ve no doubt seen many of her shots on DJNL). Her instagram account is a massive insider look at the partying that goes on Montreal. She’s in the trenches, she’s backstage and basically everywhere you want to be.

@dinettemagazine

Dinette Magazine launched last year to rave reviews. Part of a new generation of magazines that seem to be bucking the downward trend that print has been suffering from for the last 15 years, their Instagram account is every bit as cool as the magazine. They feature a behind the scenes look at what’s coming next in the magazine intermingled with cool shots from around the city.

Offering an artistic vision of our city’s grittier side, pabstman is a great Instagram to help you see Montreal a little differently. Using familiar Montreal sites as the backdrop to his story, pabstman captures the essence of Montreal like so few can.
