Summer is just around the corner and as the heat rises out of the depths of winter, we’re firing up our BBQ’s to satiate our hunger for charcoal grilled meats. At Ils en Fument du Bon they know a thing our two about great sausage and now with Les Bon Buveurs the marriage between great food and drink is complete.
Les Bon Buveurs (located near Jean-Talon Market and Atwater Market) provides an excellent selection of craft and micro-brewed beers from around Quebec and Ontario. These beers from companies like Les 2 Frères, Trou du Diable, Hopèra and more are the perfect compliment to a perfectly grilled sausage or steak. Les Bon Buveurs also features an impressive selection of spicy hot sauces and accessories, syrups and bitters to make great cocktails.
I visited the Jean-Talon last week just before its opening to get a sneak peek at the store. Reminiscent of a cool back yard BBQ shed, the set up is familiar, fun and far from intimidating. These guys know what they are talking about and they are here to help.
You can find Les Bon Buveurs at 176 Jean-Talon east and at 3734 Notre Dame West. A new location is set to open soon this summer on the South Shore.
