Happening Gourmand 11

Over the past decade Happening Gourmand has been a saving grace for those of us who emptied our bank accounts over the holidays but still want to hit the town for dinner or brunch in January. For the 11th year in row, the price-cutting food event is back and getting us out of our pyjamas and cocoons, into cocktail dresses and slick blazers and out on the town without breaking the bank.

From bacon wrapped filet mignon at Vieux-Port Steakhouse to piping hot arrancini at Bevo to the red miso salmon at Kyo (image above), there’s something for everyone and every taste.

For those who aren’t afraid of a little bitter cold, Igloofest is happening concurrently! Get more info on that here.
